Kate ensures that all aspects of our HR strategy are future focused and support the strategic direction of the company, specifically in relation to our employees’ lifecycle from onboarding to talent development and succession planning, organizational change management, and shaping our vision for diversity and inclusion.

With a wealth of experience acquired in senior leadership roles in the US, Canada, Japan and Thailand, she brings deep HRM expertise from both the public and private sector and large and small companies.

Kate was most recently the Group CHRO at FNZ where she led HR and Marketing during a period of significant change & high growth. Successfully managing organic and inorganic expansion and growing the global employee base by over 150% to over 4,000 team members.

Kate lives in Berkshire in the UK and is married with 2 children. She holds an Executive MBA from Western University, Canada and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
