Starting her career as a track and field athlete she began CrossFit in 2013, since then Toomey has delivered powerhouse performances to become the 2018 Commonwealth Games gold medalist, Australia’s top-ranked female weightlifter and winner of Fittest Woman on Earth in the 2018 CrossFit Games.

Dr Joerg Hoffmann

Dr Joerg Hoffmann started his professional career in 1995 with the consultants McKinsey & Company in Cologne/Germany. By the end of 1999, he joined Bosch as Deputy Head of strategic central purchasing in Gerlingen near Stuttgart/Germany. Two years later, he headed Purchasing as well as Quality Assurance External Procurement at the Bosch factory in Nuremberg. In 2004, he moved to Spain where he managed the production factory for wiper systems in Vilafranca, about 50 kilometres south of Barcelona. From 2008 to 2015, he headed the wiper systems division with headquarters in Buehlertal/Germany as well as 14 production and ten development sites worldwide.
