In becoming an IFS supplier, you agree to:
- Provide goods and services that are fit for purpose
- Provide goods and services at the best total cost to IFS
- Generate goods and services that comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, adhere to local laws and regulations, and commit to prevent Modern Slavery in the supply chain.

PURCHASING AND INVOICING
IFS use an e-invoicing portal called Pagero. IFS-approved suppliers are required to register with Pagero before submitting any invoices to IFS, and any invoices received outside of this process may be delayed. Find detailed information for registering.
Note that supplier invoices must quote a valid IFS Purchase Order number to enable efficient processing, and IFS reserves the right to refuse any invoice not complying with these standards.
