Emergency Maintenance Downtime

Corporate Services have planned a maintenance for the entire Life Cycle Support (LCS) application.

Date: Saturday 7 March 2020

Time: 04.30 a.m. - 05.30 a.m. CET

LCS, Partner Web, Internet Support Center (ISC), IFS Customer Portal and Portal Admin tool, and LCS Data warehouse will not be available during this period and IPE will only be available in offline mode.

In addition, the following services will be interrupted: Self-service portal, some order-able items in Service Now and case creation via IFS Support Site.

Please refresh your browser cache the first time you login to the LCS Internal web, Partner Web or (ISC) after patch deployment.
