Ben is responsible for managing the end to end processes associated with all financial reporting to shareholders and lenders. He works alongside the IFS CFO supporting the executive leadership team in delivering IFS’s 5-Year Plan. He is part of the financial leadership team and supports the CFO to deliver on strategic finance projects.

 
He is passionate about generating commercial insight through data analysis, understanding the key value drivers, and delivering value to shareholders.  

  
Ben joined IFS in July 2022. Prior to this he held several roles during his 11 years at PwC in their Assurance division and in their Transaction Services division focusing on Financial Due Diligence within the Technology, Media and Telecoms (“TMT”) sector.


He holds a First Class degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from Nottingham University and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.

 
Ben is married to Laura and a proud father to one daughter.
