Program Overview

Whenever an IFS partner identifies an opportunity, which includes the potential for an ERP solution or any solution for which any IFS solution may be appropriate, the partner will in good faith consider the IFS solutions, and if they potentially represent a reasonable solution for any such opportunity, will promote the IFS solutions on an all commercially reasonable efforts basis.

Once a quality lead is identified by the partner, the Lead Referral Form should be filled out. This will route the lead to the appropriate IFS sales representative to determine that IFS is not already pursuing the lead. Per the Lead Referral Addendum, IFS will aim to inform Partner within 30 days of the decision to pursue the lead or not and act in good faith regarding the lead.

Requirements & Benefits

To be eligible to earn lead referral fees, your organization must meet the following requirements:

  • Enroll in the IFS Partner Program and fill out a Referral Partner Addendum
  • Complete the IFS Lead Referral Form before a transaction takes place
  • Submit only new opportunities, not previously known to IFS
  • Be in good standing with IFS

Referral Fees are established and agreed upon in the Referral Fee Annex and will be paid upon successful close of the sale.
