ABOUT THIS COURSE
This is one of the courses towards gaining the IFS Certified Specialist accreditation for Consultants. It enables students to cover and prepare all of the examination specification topics for the Quality Management exam.

At the end of this course, the students are able to:
- Understand the concepts behind IFS Quality Management
- Setup basic data that is used in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Create and process a Design FMEA and a Process FMEA
- Setup basic data that is used in Quality Control
- Create and activate a Control Plan in Purchasing, Manufacturing and Inventory
- Create and process an Analysis in Purchasing, Manufacturing and Inventory
- Calculate and analyze Process Capability Indices based on the Analyses created
- Create and analyze Control Charts for both Variable and Attribute data
- Setup basic data that is used in Compliance Planning and Quality Audits
- Create and process a Quality Audit
- Setup basic data that is used in Non Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Create and process a NCR with Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Setup basic data that is used in Material Review Board (MRB)
- Create and process a MRB in Purchasing, Manufacturing and Inventory
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Windows programs
- Use of ERP software in general
- Perfect understanding of the Quality Management business processes
