We built a monitoring center in Brno in 2013, in which our dispatchers constantly monitor the condition of the infrastructure of our customers.

The dispatching operators provide continuous monitoring and managing of the availability and performance of the individual elements of the system and network infrastructure. Monitoring helps to optimize the SLA service level (even in heterogeneous environments) and increase the availability and performance of the whole infrastructure. This service generally enables IT organizations to monitor the IT infrastructure based on services that it provides and supports and to keep these views current in a dynamically changing environment. The sources are constantly being added to individual services according to the changing requirements.

We provide monitoring of the computer network condition and services provided within this network thanks to a tool called CENTREON. This tool enables us to monitor the computer network and the services provided within this network and to contact the administrator immediately in case of a problem, so that he or she can start working on it immediately. The monitoring service periodically starts check-ups of end nodes and services. The result of the check-up is then shown in the main module of CENTREON system. In case of a problem, the service sends information to the predefined contacts through various types of communication. The current status and history of records + other outputs are then published on the web interface.
