Darren Roos
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO, Darren leads the talented team at IFS to further scale the company’s global business and extend its leadership position in the field service management, enterprise asset management and enterprise resource planning markets. Prior to joining IFS, Darren was the President of SAP's global ERP Cloud business, where he had end-to-end responsibility for all product and go-to-market functions, and an organization of over 5,000 staff. Darren lives in the UK, where he enjoys spending time outside of work with his wife and three children. In addition, he currently is a Board director at Sitecore.
Christian Pedersen
Chief Product Officer
As chief product officer, Christian ensures that IFS products integrate the industry-leading functionality that customers demand, partners can proudly promote, and competitors cannot match. Partnering with IFS senior vice president, Product Development, Christian’s remit encompasses management of IFS products and solutions. Danish by birth, Christian resides in the U.S. in Seattle, WA, where he likes to spend time outside of work with his family, enjoying sailing and motor racing.
Cindy Jaudon
Regional President, Americas
As regional president for the Americas, and a member of the IFS Senior Leadership Team, Cindy Jaudon is responsible for growing the IFS footprint in the world’s largest and most demanding markets. Cindy has more than 25 years of consulting, sales and management experience in the enterprise software market, including a senior executive role with Effective Management Systems, which was purchased by IFS in 1999. She also held positions at several mid-size and Fortune 500 companies, including Mitutoyo, C.N.A. Insurance and Deutz-Allis. Cindy completed her MBA from Benedictine University in 2003.
Constance Minc
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With a passion for turning data into commercial insights, IFS CFO Constance Minc makes sure the company’s financial and administrative functions are harmonized and creating value for all parts of the business. Through transparency and operational effectiveness, this includes empowering employees with the necessary resources as well as an understanding of how their goals contribute to the success of the company as a whole. Constance has an MBA degree from INSEAD where she met her husband and with whom she has two little boys.
Glenn Arnesen
Regional President, Europe
As regional president for Europe, Glenn’s mission is to further strengthen IFS’s market position and to ensure that the positive development of the European business continues—both in terms of growth and an even greater number of satisfied customers. Since joining IFS in 1999, Glenn has had key leadership positions including Managing Director of IFS’s Norwegian business and, most recently, as president of the company’s Scandinavian organization. When not working, Glenn likes outdoor activities such as cross-country skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Jane Keith
Chief HR Officer
In her role at IFS, Jane leads the human resources program to ensure optimal employee engagement, recruitment, talent management, and business HR across the global organization. Prior to joining IFS, Jane worked for more than 24 years at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, most recently as the UKI HR Director and the HR Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Jane also worked for two years as HR leader for the European Services and Consulting business at SAP.
Marne Martin
President, IFS Service Management Business Unit | CEO of WorkWave
As both President of IFS Service Management and CEO of WorkWave, Marne’s focus is to continue to elevate the strategic importance of service management to the success of the overall IFS business. Marne works strategically to ensure the entire portfolio of IFS’s service management solutions provide customers with the business value they expect from a global industry leader in field service management (FSM). Prior to IFS, Marne served as CEO and led the executive leadership team at ServicePower Plc., a field service management software company, where she transformed its go-to-market strategy and shifted its focus to SaaS and managed services revenue, increasing pipeline every year during her tenure. When not working, Marne enjoys competing in dressage and supporting girls and women pursuing STEM careers.
Michael Ouissi
Chief Customer Officer (CCO)
Michael Ouissi is IFS’s Chief Customer Officer (CCO), a global role that brings together all of the company’s customer-facing functions in order to deliver to each customer a globally harmonized, superior customer experience and maximum business value from their investment in IFS. Prior to joining IFS, Michael worked for more than a decade at Software AG, where he was most recently a member of the Group Executive Board responsible for Customer Engagement Excellence. Michael lives in Frankfurt, Germany with his wife and son. When not spending time with the family, he likes scuba diving and enjoys any sport that involves a ball.
Oliver Pilgerstorfer
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
As CMO, Oliver is responsible for IFS’s global marketing and communications activities. With his team, he is on a mission to increase the company’s visibility, as well as attract and retain a loyal IFS following. Oliver’s experience spans founding and growing start-ups, through to leadership roles at several global technology companies; he also holds an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work he enjoys spending his time with his wife, daughter and nutcase of a dog.
Sal Laher
Chief Digital & Information Officer and Executive Vice Principal Global Facilities & Procurement
Sal is Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) at IFS. His appointment in 2018 sees him lead the talented team that is driving all information technology, as well as the continued digitization and automation transformation of IFS. He has recently also been given accountability for IFS Facilities and IFS Procurement globally.
Stephen Keys
Regional President, APJ, ME&A
As regional president of IFS’s business in Asia Pacific & Japan, Middle East & Africa, Stephen is responsible for growing IFS’s presence across the region, which involves building a strong customer base, expanding the company’s network of quality partners, and ensuring the IFS workforce remains engaged and focused on delivering customers value.
