EOI Functional Support
ABOUT THIS COURSE
Support is the point of contact for users who experience technical (i.e. application) or functional problems with IFS EOI. Providing the initial response includes channeling the question or issue to the appropriate competence center role. Support can be divided in Technical support (Installation Expert (IE)) and Functional Support (Functional Application Management (FAM)).
This training will focus on Functional support handles subjects as IFS EOI Administrator duties (i.e. creating users, domains business cases etc.).FAM is about bridging the gap between users and technical application management within IFS EOI, and ensuring that IFS EOI business processes are continuously and optimally supported by the enterprise system. This role touches upon business information management, coordination of user support, management of Request for Changes & Software Incidents, formulation of functional requirements for accepted changes, coordination of user acceptance tests and introducing the changes to the user community.
