It is part of the Consulting and Engineering Division of MONDRAGON, the leading Basque business group and the seventh in Spain, consisting of 239 companies, more than 75,000 people and 15 technology centres.
It provides services in the fields of management and technology consulting, legal advisory, architecture and engineering in urban planning, construction and infrastructure, promotion, real estate consulting and design.
Its headquarters are in Arrasate-Mondragón, Gipuzkoa, and has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastian, Malaga, Pamplona and Vitoria-Gasteiz, as far as Spain is concerned. Internationally it has offices in China, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, India, Peru and Uruguay.
Given its wide range of services and global solutions, it operates in almost all sectors, such as aeronautical or retail in the private sector, or health or administration in the public sector, through organisations like the International Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Union and governments of different countries.
LKS was established in 1991 as the result of the experience gained in the Business Division of Caja Laboral for over 30 years. Its development has been marked by continuous expansion and the search for new services and markets, with sustained momentum in generating jobs and wealth and a philosophy based on human and social values.

A member of the IFS Partner Network since 2013, the engineering division of LKS is part of the Mondragón Corporation, which consists of several cooperative societies and more than twenty portfolio companies. Its engineering division offers professional services in the fields of architecture, industry and energy, infrastructure, real estate consulting, and design services. Headquartered in northern Spain, LKS Group has expanded its international presence to countries including China, Colombia, India, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, and Uruguay.
