IFS User Groups
Bringing IFS customers together
The user groups are organisations that gather IFS customers for best practice sharing, joint discussions and events. The user groups function as a sounding board for IFS when developing products and are one of our most important sources of information regarding customer sentiment. For customers, the user groups are a unique chance to meet with peers in the industry to discuss common challenges and learn from each other.
There are currently user groups in Scandinavia, the UK, the US, Benelux and Japan. They operate in slightly different ways – some in conjunction with IFS and others completely stand-alone – but all serve an important function as the link between IFS and the global customer base.
