Celebrating success, innovation and a commitment to exceptional customer service driven by IFS partners
London, August 6, 2020 – IFS, the global enterprise applications company, is pleased to present the winners of the 2020 IFS Partner of the Year Awards, a global initiative that recognizes the dedication to exceptional customer service, commitment to continued growth, and expertise in leveraging innovation to extend the capabilities of IFS’s solutions exemplified by our partners.
The IFS Partner Awards program reflects our overall partner strategy and evolves in alignment with our go-to-market philosophy. Award categories take into account our solution areas, technology trends and innovation, partner types and the areas of strength and growth we see across our global partner ecosystem—they reflect the #challenger mentality of our partners and recognize the value they continue to deliver to customers and business.
Great innovators are most often also great disruptors, they’re quick to adapt to change, embrace new technologies and dare to challenge the norm—they are #forthechallengers. Earlier this year, IFS’s Global Head of Partner & Channels, Merlin Knott, shared that 2019 re-defined how we go-to-market with our partners noting, “I saw us come together as one ecosystem to provide unsurpassed value to IFS customers through choice, innovative use of technology, solution expertise and support services. IFS partners are on a mission to seize market share and continue driving excellence—and excellence deserves recognition.” Today IFS recognizes that excellence across eight prestigious categories including four merit-based awards, three self-nomination awards, and a Customers’ Choice award.
An internal steering committee of global and regional IFS representatives reviewed nominations for merit-based categories according to numerous criteria, while a panel comprised of four of the industries’ top analysts representing leading firms such as IDC, TEC and diginomica carefully reviewed nominations for the Innovative, Services and Solutions categories. With decades of combined experience, and an extensive breadth and depth of knowledge of the IT Industry, market verticals and technology trends, Juliana Beauvais (IDC), Yu Chen (TEC), Aly Pinder (IDC), and Jon Reed (diginomica) were well qualified to assess the high volume of exceptional nominations garnered by this year’s awards.

This award was judged on the partner's ability to deliver sales programs that contribute to the adoption of IFS solutions, proven substantial impact on new customer acquisition, and unsurpassed pipeline/revenue growth.

This award was judged on the partner's ability to, in record time, onboard to the partner program, drive new customer engagement, and exemplify true commitment to continued business growth together with IFS through training, certification and sales.

This award was judged on the partner's expertise in implementation methodology, breadth of knowledge of IFS solutions and superior customer service mentality in delivering a multitude of successful projects in record time.
IFS Services Partner of the Year [Mid-market]—Eqeep GmbH
This award was judged on the partner’s expertise in implementation methodology, breadth of knowledge of IFS solutions and superior customer service mentality in delivering a multitude of successful projects in record time.
IFS Solutions Partner of the Year—Cedar Bay
This award was judged on the partner's positive impact on customers’ deployment of IFS solutions by responding quickly to market changes and using resources in a more agile way to achieve increased business performance and competitive advantages.
IFS Technology Alliances Partner of the Year—ClickLearn
This award was judged on the partner's exponential value to IFS customers through the delivery of innovative add-on technology, demonstrated ability to respond to everchanging business circumstances, and contributed to the adoption of IFS solutions within new customer base to drive pipeline/revenue growth.
