Bringing IFS customers together
IFS user groups are independently run organizations across the globe that gather IFS customers together for best practice sharing, joint discussions and events. The user groups function as a sounding board for IFS when developing products and are one of our most important sources of information regarding customer sentiment. For customers, joining a user group is a unique chance to meet with peers in the industry to discuss common challenges, exchange processes and ultimately, learn from one another.
Where are they located?
There are active user groups running in Scandinavia, UK and Ireland, USA, Benelux and Japan. They all operate in different ways – some with IFS assistance and others completely stand-alone – but all serve an important function as a link between IFS and the global customer base.
