Whenever an IFS partner identifies an opportunity, which includes the potential for an ERP solution or any solution for which any IFS solution may be appropriate, the partner will in good faith consider the IFS solutions, and if they potentially represent a reasonable solution for any such opportunity, will promote the IFS solutions on an all commercially reasonable efforts basis.
Once a quality lead is identified by the partner, the Lead Referral Form should be filled out. This will route the lead to the appropriate IFS sales representative to determine that IFS is not already pursuing the lead. Per the Lead Referral Addendum, IFS will aim to inform Partner within 30 days of the decision to pursue the lead or not and act in good faith regarding the lead.
