A natural leader, he has a wealth of experience working with customers across multiple sectors in a series of large multinational organizations. Customers value Mark’s innovative and visionary mindset helping companies of varying levels of maturity to achieve their vision and generate real results, recognizing him for his passion, empathy and care.


Mark is an energetic leader who listens and is not afraid of transformation and change. He is obsessed with delivering high quality outcomes for customers and IFS. He has created a strong sense of followship amongst the IFS team of 6000+ employees he is responsible for and is passionate about nurturing and empowering diverse and strong talent.


Joining IFS in 2022 as Chief Customer Officer, Mark set bold growth, profitability, and quality targets, streamlined the organization, and strengthened financial results, delivering exceptional impact to key customer accounts and strategic partners


Prior to IFS, Mark had a distinguished career at PwC, most recently, as Chief Technology Officer and Technology Consulting Leader for PwC’s UK and EMEA Consulting business, responsible for the strategy and direction of the technology offering and supporting the growth of an ecosystem and partnering-led approach. He started his career in finance, training as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the ICAEW Association of Chartered Accountants. 


When not in work, Mark’s energy is put into time with his wife and three sons, as well as trying to keep fit to compete in amateur triathlon.  He lives in central London.
