Robi Gone

Robi Gone is a visionary technology executive with a proven track record in leading digital transformation and enterprise IT strategy for global organizations.

Prior to joining IFS, Robi spent over a decade at Shell, where he held senior IT leadership roles. Most recently, he served as IT Global GM for Finance, driving Shell’s digital transformation of finance through next-generation ERP systems. He led global programs across finance platforms, enterprise performance management, and SaaS implementations, consistently delivering operational excellence and business value.

Robi’s earlier career includes consulting roles at Deloitte and Accenture, where he developed deep expertise in enterprise IT, transformation, and building digital backbones for large-scale organizations. His leadership style is collaborative and results-driven, with a focus on empowering high-performing global teams and fostering innovation.

Robi holds a strong reputation for his ability to scale technology landscapes, modernize business processes, and deliver strategic outcomes.
