Xentrall shift all electronic requests from email to self-service with assyst

Despite significant cuts in public expenditure, Xentrall improved IT capabilities and resilience with IFS assyst, translating to major cost savings for both Stockton and Darlington Councils.

By implementing IFS assyst, they have:

  • Empowered users with self-service capabilities
  • Increased end-user productivity due to timely resolution and communications
  • Reduced repeat incidents

  • In our current work environment, with ever increasing workloads, the self-service provides for a streamlined and efficient process.
