IFS Applications 7.5 and older versions are now retired. This means you can no longer report support issues in the IFS Service Center.
IFS Applications 8 and 9 are scheduled for retirement on March 27, 2026. This means you’ll no longer be able to report support issues in the IFS Service Center
IFS Applications 10 is now in Extended Support, subject to additional terms and fees. Customers can access Apps 10 Extended Support at no extra cost when signing up to IFS Cloud—migrate at your own pace while enjoying full Extended Support benefits.

Many customisations can be replaced with standard functionality now available in IFS Cloud. Where needed, customisations can be re-developed using extension tools designed to collaborate seamlessly with the evergreen model.
