Mihita is Chief People Officer at IFS, responsible for the company's people strategy, as it scales globally and accelerates its Industrial AI leadership. She is focused on building a high-performance culture where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.
Since joining IFS in 2023, Mihita has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's transformation journey, progressing from VP Strategy & Planning to Chief of Staff, to CPO. She brings the ability to connect strategy with execution and a deep understanding of IFS's business and culture to drive the company's people-first agenda forward.
Mihita champions the intersection of people, technology, and business transformation. Her work is focused on attracting the right talent, developing critical capabilities, and partnering closely with the business to ensure the workforce is fit for the future and equipped to meet evolving needs.
Previously at PwC, she advised clients on digital strategy, operating model transformation, and change management, and served as Chief of Staff to the PwC UK & EMEA CTO.
Mihita holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and thrives in multicultural environments, having worked across Europe, Asia, and the US.
