IFS Loops: Service Closure Manager Digital Worker

A job marked complete is not the same as a job ready to invoice.

Thin debriefs pass as done. A single word, a placeholder, or a code with no explanation goes unnoticed until the invoice is disputed or the next technician arrives with no idea what was found. No debrief field is mandatory in IFS Cloud, so a record can be technically complete and still say nothing. Nobody checks completed work against its plan either, so under-reported time and mispriced lines flow into invoices or never get billed at all. The IFS Loops Service Closure Manager Digital Worker checks the record before anything moves toward an invoice.

When a service scope completes, Service Closure Manager validates the debrief and checks materials, returns, labor and sales pricing, and time against the job's own notes. Where the checks hold, it raises an invoice preview for a person to approve. Where they do not, the scope stops with a person, with the reason visible. It never edits a debrief, never adjusts a line, and never approves its own preview. Once billing is settled, it closes the request.

This datasheet explains how Service Closure Manager keeps thin debriefs from passing as done, catches missing and mispriced lines before invoicing, and focuses review effort on the scopes that need a decision.
