At IFS, we believe in our collective responsibility to improve the world. That's why we provide programs, such as education, volunteering, and fundraising initiatives, empowering our employees to make a positive impact.

Education Program

The Education Program aspires to increase interest in STEM globally. Through multiple engagements, we contribute to a more diverse and inclusive tech industry leaving a lasting impact. We aim to reach 150 education partnerships by 2025.

Employee Volunteerism

We offer 1 day of paid leave for employees to use volunteering in their local areas. IFS has continued to display a passion to support their local communities and charities. This year we aim for 15% of our employees to use their volunteering hours.

Community Impact
