Our Accessibility Manifesto

We believe the web is for everyone.

Our goal is to create a digital experience that welcomes all visitors regardless of ability, age, technology, or circumstance. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it’s a principle we design and build by.

Our commitments

  • Inclusive by design: We consider accessibility from the very first sketch to the final line of code.
  • Standards-driven: We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 AA) as our baseline, and strive to go beyond where possible.
  • Accessible to all: We aim to meet the needs of people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive differences, as well as those using assistive technologies.
  • Continuous improvement: We test regularly, listen to feedback, and update our site to remove barriers and improve usability.

How we do it:

  • Design with clear structure, contrast, and readability in mind.
  • Provide text alternatives for images and captions for video.
  • Ensure everything works with a keyboard, screen reader, and other assistive tools.
  • Write in plain, clear language.
  • Build our components using accessible design patterns.
