These may be distributors, managed service providers (MSPs), technology consultancies, and other such organizations. Channel VARs have dedicated IFS partner managers and focus on net new revenue, taking on the following implementation and services if they wish to.
Global System Integrator: Global systems integrators are managed and act on a global level, covering 2 or more regions with support services and sales efforts. They predominantly work in the key and strategic accounts with a co-selling motion on jointly agreed account focus between partner and IFS.
Regional Systems Integrator: Regional systems integrators are managed and act on a regional level, covering a minimum of 2 market units in a region with support services and sales efforts. They predominantly work in the upper enterprise accounts with a co-selling motion on jointly agreed account focus between partner and IFS but may also resell in the lower enterprise space.
