The IFS User Club develops a tailored training and a collaborative platform
The IFS France User Club is an independent association that brings together nearly 40 companies using the IFS ERP solution to promote the sharing of experience, mutual assistance, and skill development around the use of the ERP.

Paris, November 24, 2025 - The IFS France User Club, bringing together nearly 40 companies around the IFS solution, now offers training dedicated to French financial and accounting specifics, thus meeting very specific needs regarding the use of the ERP. It also announces the establishment of a collaborative platform. It demonstrates that another path is possible: one of sharing, skill development, and active collaboration among peers.
A support network born from the field
Created as an association (law 1901), the Club was born from a simple observation: ERP users face the same challenges, but too often alone. By pooling their feedback, best practices, and questions, Club members strive to transform their individual issues into collective solutions.
"Networking users on different application cases is the raison d'être of our Club," states Christophe Chouri, President of the Club and Director of the ERP Team at SPIE France. "To this end, we adopt a constructive stance that makes the Club a unique dialogue space between users, far from commercial logics."
Tailor-made training to meet business needs
The first realization of this dynamic: the launch of training dedicated to French financial specifics. Designed by the members themselves, it complements the standard IFS module by integrating local regulatory realities.
Organized in half-days, this training - aimed at internal accounting and financial teams - aims to make companies more autonomous in using their ERP, while addressing concrete issues identified in the field.
"This training illustrates our desire to act concretely, it meets a real demand, beyond the sharing of experience", specifies Christophe Chouri. "Other modules may be considered if success is achieved."
A collaborative platform to structure exchanges
Another flagship initiative: the deployment of the RoleBase platform, developed with Lonestone. This application allows mapping member expertise, centralizing discussions, and capitalizing on feedback.
The platform is animated by Florence Schlegel, recruited early 2025 to support users and bring the community to life daily. "Members quickly realize they share the same challenges. And if they don't find an answer, the Club can directly relay their needs to IFS," she explains.
An impactful collective voice Beyond tools, the Club positions itself as a true relay between French users and the publisher. By structuring feedback, identifying recurring needs, it contributes to evolving the IFS solution in line with real usage.
The Club organizes three annual meetings, produces collective feedback, and is currently preparing a simplified membership platform to welcome new members.
