The VIDELIO group chooses IFS Cloud and Armony Solution to support its project of transformation and harmonization of its business processes on an international scale.

Paris, October 13, 2025 – VIDELIO, an international group specializing in audiovisual solutions and services, announces the signing of a strategic contract with IFS, Arcwide, and oOTARY for the selection of IFS Cloud and the implementation of its ERP solution within the group. 

This partnership is part of the "Harmony" project, a transformation initiative aimed at unifying work methods and managing end-to-end processes related to multimedia integration, rental, and event services, to support the development of activities and the group's growth, particularly internationally. 

Thanks to the implementation of the ERP and Armony Solution by Arcwide's teams, the VIDELIO group will be able to: 

Harmonize its business processes on an international scale to support its growth strategy

Effectively manage its complex audiovisual projects, from the design phase to the execution of service delivery and maintenance follow-up

Optimize its rental and event services activities through integrated vision and management of the entire process

The deployment of the IFS Cloud ERP and Armony Solution will provide the VIDELIO group with a tool capable of supporting operational objectives in the conduct of the company's business and accompanying the pursuit of strategic objectives in the development of activities, particularly internationally.
