IFS Loops: Warranty Claims Manager Digital Worker

Confident businesswoman in a modern office, standing with arms crossed beside data dashboards on monitors

A single submission can carry a hundred claims. Not all of them should become records.

Manufacturers, dealers, and service providers receive warranty and return claims in bulk, by email, portal, and partner platform, with no single submission standard. Staff split each document by hand, rekey every claim, and look up part references and cover dates one at a time in a separate system. Duplicates are caught by memory, if at all. Expired and duplicate claims still become records and consume adjudication time, and the reason a claim was rejected sits in an email. The IFS Loops Warranty Claims Manager Digital Worker checks every claim before it becomes a record.

Warranty Claims Manager breaks bulk submissions into discrete claims, reads unstructured claim text into structured fields, checks entitlement against purchase date and warranty term, and suppresses duplicates against open and recently settled claims. Only eligible, complete claims reach the claims workflow. Incomplete claims are held with the missing field named, and anything uncertain goes to a named human queue with the reasoning attached, so agents keep the adjudication.

This datasheet explains how Warranty Claims Manager stops ineligible claims at intake, frees adjudication capacity for the claims that are real, and gives every acceptance and rejection a recorded reason for audit and supplier recovery.
