Tomra recycles more efficiently with IFS

Tomra has streamlined its service organisation which services more than 8,000 recycling machines throughout Sweden.
An IFS customer since 2007, Tomra chose IFS to streamline its service organisation. After a smooth implementation they experienced simpler and faster service processes for both field technicians and call center workers. They now have a much better overview of their assignments and IFS indicates where they need additional service resources. This has lead to improved customer service and reduced costs.
