Guideline to Reset Your Password in Your IFS Account

Instructions to Reset the Password

Your IFS domain password expires 180 days after the last change. Please follow the instructions below to reset your password.

Note: You will not be able to log in to the IFS Service Centre: https://support.ifs.com/csm if your password is expired.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Click on the Reset Password icon as mentioned at the top of the page. (If you scroll up, you will find the icon easily.)
  2. Enter your Username (not your email address) and submit the form. [Have you forgotten your username? Ask a colleague to confirm it for you or find it by visiting your Contacts page in the IFS Service Center]
  3. A verification email will be sent to the registered email address associated with your account.

If You Do Not Receive the Email

There may be two possible reasons:

  1. The reset email is in your junk/spam folder.
  2. The email linked to your IFS account is invalid or outdated.

Password Complexity Requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be minimum 12 characters long
  • Include at least three of the four-character types:
    o    Uppercase letters (A–Z)
    o    Lowercase letters (a–z)
    o    Numbers (0–9)
    o    Special characters (! @ # , etc.)
