Program Tracks

  • Business Development Representatives
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) play a critical role in the initial engagement with prospective customers. As a BDR you will develop knowledge and understanding of key industry sectors so that you can have engaging and meaningful interactions with your account base. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing departments to build a strong opportunity pipeline through account-based marketing campaigns.

It’s imperative to have a tenacious, go-getter attitude in this role, it can be challenging but so worthwhile as you nurture your leads and directly pave the way for future business at IFS.

  • Sales
Working within Sales is the place to be if you’re a confident individual who thrives under pressure. It is essential that you are able to build close working relationships with clients throughout their ongoing IFS journey. At IFS we place the customer at the center of everything we do, and as such our Sales Teams must develop a strong knowledge of IFS Products and Solutions to best position our offerings to suit the growing needs of the customer.

At IFS you will find a culture second to none – one that is aligned toward a unified goal, based on teamwork, and driven by passionate people who want to see results.

  • Pre-Sales
As part of Pre-Sales, you will work in conjunction with Sales and Business Architects during the Sales Cycle. Those in the Pre-Sales Team are naturally inquisitive, always scoping out the best use of our solutions based on the customer requirements. Typically, these will take the form of workshops and discovery engagements with clients, thereby increasing understanding the business process and value drivers, and translating this into customer facing presentations.

Pre-Sales convert technical and business requirements into a customer focused value-centric solution – giving prospects their first proper taste of IFS. By remaining passionate about our product and knowledgeable about our offerings, you can make all the difference in securing new customers within this team.

  • Consulting
Consultants are key to our customer-centric focus at IFS, as a consultant you will immerse yourself in the business processes of the customer, often working on-site with the client. It is imperative that you gain a deep knowledge of your chosen functional areas at IFS, as you will design, develop, and support tailor-made solutions for specific business requirements. You will work as part of a larger Implementation Team with IFS colleagues, partners, and the customers on cutting edge Industry Solutions in industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Utilities & Resources, Construction & Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Industries, and Telecommunications.

It can be challenging but also just as rewarding when you use your problem-solving skills to help the customer achieve the best outcomes for their business.
