IFS has been an official supplier of the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant F1 Team for the past three years, and through that partnership it has led to them using IFS software to help with the build of their state of the art smart factory.
It was important for the Aston Martin F1 Team to have as many technical partners in place as possible at the beginning of their smart factory journey; a giant three-unit factory being constructed at their Silverstone HQ. IFS software has given them a significant step forward in their live visualization of data.
Running a £200m project for Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant F1™ Team, main contractor McLaren Construction Group is creating a major new Smart Factory campus and wind tunnel testing facility at the team’s site in Silverstone. With a shared focus on performance, precision, efficiency and real-time data, both organizations use IFS software to run their day-to-day business operations.
